I'm the owner of Sweet Concrete and CretoSeal.com. I never went to college so when I was trained in tile restoration in 2007 I was super excited... but the work kind of sucked. Maybe I spent one too many days in a tiny shower stall polishing out the walls. It seems funny now, but at the time I was miserable. Something had to change... but I didn't know how to grow the business. Then the first concrete job came around.
My whole world changed... working large, open areas, and adding my artistic flare to each project. Now this was enjoyable!
Eventually I sold that company and started Sweet Concrete. Here's the thing, I was never trained in concrete restoration... but it couldn't be that different from stone and tile polishing, right? Wrong! There was a huge learning curve which lead to many epic fails at the start... but I kept at it.
After years of bad advice, listening to reps that had less experience than I had, and getting sick and tired of redoing jobs, I started getting laser focused on what succeeded and what didn't, and started learning marketing.
This took me from working jobs out of the back of my truck to growing my business into a six figure company... all by myself.
Now it's time for me to share this knowledge with people like yourself... so you don't have the same sleepless nights that I had... and a lot less grey hair, ha!
